OKOTOKS BMX CLUB YEAR END AWARDS & BANQUET NIGHT

Doors open at 5:30
Cost is $10 for non riders. Okotoks Riders are free. Tickets available through Sandy Kroon in advance OR at the door on the night of the event.
Dinner served at 6pm
Awards to follow right after dinner.
All riders who have completed 5 races at the Okotoks BMX Club track before September 11th will be recieving a trophy at this banquet. If you have not completed 5 races at our track before this date, you will not qualify for a trophy.

2nd AGM Elections Meeting Called
Okotoks BMX Club has a called a 2nd AGM meeting for election purposes only to fill the following positions for the 2012 season:
PRESIDENT
SECRETARY
TRACK DIRECTOR
COACHING DIRECTOR
The meeting will take place:
October 20th, 2011
7:30pm
Foothills Centennial Centre.
The has been interested for some of these positions and a meeting will be held to nominate and vote in these positions. Please come out and support one of the greatest clubs in Alberta
